Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Brief2Design agrees not to disclose or disseminate the confidential information obtained from you to anyone unless required to do so by law.
Brief2Design will not copy or reproduce any or all the information except for the purpose of the project.
(Applicable to Information: Technical and business information relating to proprietary ideas and inventions, ideas, drawings and/or illustrations, research and development, marketing, and current or future business plans and models.)
Brief2Design ensures that anyone (associate) to whom the information is disclosed further abides by obligations restricting use, restricting disclosure, and ensuring security.
Brief2Design agrees not to use any Confidential Information as a basis upon which to develop or have a third party develop a competing or similar product.

Collection of Information

All the personal identifiable information collected by us is strictly used only for the completion of the project. At Brief2design all the personal and company related information is not disclosed to third parties of any kind.

Utilization of Information

-Information collected is disclosed to entities working on our behalf and is only used towards the completion of the project.
-It is maintained as a part of internal record keeping and reference for future dealings.
-Use of information will only be for better outcomes of the project.
-We may utilize the email addresses to reply to your queries and as a medium of communication in relation to the project.

Order Fulfillment:

Brief2Design will alert you whenever an external associate is employed in order to fulfill the requirements of a project. We customarily undertake activities in-house but for certain specific requirements if an associate is involved in the process then you will be informed and your approval will be taken for the same.

Security of Information

We have adopted appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online to avoid unauthorized access and ensure the correct use of information.

Amendments to the Policy

Updates to the Privacy Policy will take place in response to changing business circumstances. The effective and updated date will help you to know about changes that have been implemented in the policy. If there are changes in how we will use your personally identifiable information then we will inform you prior to implementing the change.
